Daily Dose of Dapper: Bath Time

Tux not pleased by being wet

Unlike most cats, I actually don’t mind baths that much. I mean, I give myself at least 4 baths a day. And on the occasion that my paws are looking a little dirty and mom decides to give me a “real” bath, I don’t even really mind that too much. The part I hate is being wet for hours afterwards. I slink around the house embarrassed by the wet hair clinging to my body, making me appear like a drowned rat, and feverishly try to dry it by licking the water off as fast as possible. I can’t believe mom took a pic of me all spiky and wet, so embarrassing.

It’s not too bad, I actually love water! I always jump in the bath after my parents shower to splash around in the water 🙂 But mom saw some grooming foam (in today’s post) that she might give a try so I don’t get to get actual water baths.

Sure a lot of bathing going on today. Lucky for us, Mom lets us take care of our own baths. If we get dirtier than usual, she gets a wet towel and wipes us down. She tried bathing too many of our predecessors with not great results for her. We think you are still handsome even with wet furs. haha thanks! Maybe you can check out the wipes or foam from today’s post! I don’t love baths, but it definitely helps when I get too dirty or greasy looking. Bu maybe if mom gets the foam for me I wont have to do them anymore!
